Ray Butcher is a man with many talents. After studying nursing at Felician University in New York, he realized it’s not exactly what he wanted to dedicate his whole life to. So Ray decided to use the acquired knowledge and skills to help others in the field of fitness training, which has always attracted him. Ray’s knowledge of anatomy and first aid was a great advantage, and he quickly became a certified fitness instructor. Later, Ray focused on older clients and developed his own fitness course specifically for the elderly. To share his knowledge with as many people as possible, he founded a website with tips for the elderly and their families. Now, apart from managing the website, and writing articles for it, Ray continues to work as a fitness instructor, 3 days a week.
